LUXURY VILLA WITH POOL
On an estate of 2000m2, Vavoulas Group undertook the construction of the supporting body of the villa. The building is metal, with a loft cantilever, roof extension and a secondary metal frame to support the wooden false ceiling.
Villa , Casa Palmera, is located in Ixia, a suburb of Rhodes town, close to the beach of Ialyssos and the Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes.

EXTERIOR SPACE
The 60 m2 swimming pool and the two private parking spaces, protected from the rain and with a CCTV protection system, are the dominant elements of the outdoor area.
INTERIOR SPACE
The villa is divided into two levels connected by an internal wooden staircase. On the first level is the living room, with a hanging fireplace, the state of art kitchen, a master bedroom, the gym and the office. On the first floor there are two master bedrooms with a magnificent view of the city, sea and mountainous areas of the island.
