This is the first five-star hotel on the island of Chios. An important project that is expected to stand out with its aesthetics and the quality of its services.
The design and implementation of the project has been undertaken by the Vavoulas Group, while the interior and exterior architectural design is signed by the architectural office and interior design Ologramma Arcitects.
The 5-star Pearl Island Resort will have 48 suites, swimming pools, restaurant, nautical bar, cafe, and an impressive spa. It will also have spaces for weddings and receptions.

The construction of the 5-star hotel on a total area of 9,000 sq.m. has been entirely undertaken by the Vavoulas Group. The investment will significantly help Chios' effort for tourism and economic development. The opening of the new hotel will take place in May 2024
