METROPOLE URBN HOTEL
Vavoulas Group undertook the complete reconstruction and renovation of the former premises of the Heraklion Labor Inspectorate, right on the square of Agia Aikaterini in the city center of Heraklion.
The new City Hotel overlooking Agios Minas, built by the Vavoulas Group, has 25 double and quadruple rooms, while on the ground floor there is a bistro-café, which will not only appeal to customers, but also to those who want to enjoy coffee or their drink.
In a record implementation time of almost 100 days, we reinforced the space with metal beams, metal sheets, a heat-insulating shell and new electro-mechanical installations, thus giving life to the Metropole Urban Hotel!

Metropole is named after the neighboring metropolitan church of Agios Minas and welcomed its first visitors in April 2019.
