COOK's CLUB IALYSOS
Vavoulas Group undertook the modernization and repair of an existing hotel of the Cook's Club Hotels group, in Ialyssos, Rhodes.
The project was studied by the engineering team of the company MCh design & constructions with the primary goal of creating a modern hotel unit.

Construction of the project began in September 2021 and was completed in May 2022.
The stages of its preparation included the works of removals, strengthening of the static carrier, metal interventions to modernize the facades and finally all the other building works required for the completion of the project.
The hotel consists of 52 furnished apartments and 103 modern hotel rooms with all amenities.

COOK's CLUB IALYSOS
The design goal was to redefine the natural environment, through straight lines that imitate the natural landscape. The boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces are confused with planting and constructions made of natural materials.
